5 Ways to Avoid Sunburn on the Water!

  1. Wear Sunscreen

One of the most effective ways to avoid sunburn is to wear sunscreen. Look for a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30. This provides protection against both UVA and UVB rays

It is best to apply your sunscreen about fifteen minutes before you are out in the sun. Be sure to apply it to all exposed skin.
